- Valid for the number of installations specified in your purchase
- Limited to your organization's internal use only
- Not for resale, redistribution, or sublicensing
3. Payment Terms
All payments are due as specified in your invoice. Prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise stated. We accept payments via MPESA and bank transfer. Customization work requires a 50% deposit before development begins.
4. Support & Updates
Your purchase includes:
- Initial installation and setup assistance
- Bug fixes for the purchased version
- WhatsApp and email support during business hours
Major version upgrades and new features may require additional payment.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate and complete data in the system
- Keeping your login credentials secure
- Ensuring your hardware meets minimum requirements
- Creating regular backups of your data
- Compliance with applicable local laws and regulations
6. Limitation of Liability
Our software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Data loss due to hardware failure, user error, or lack of backups
- Business losses or interruptions
- Third-party service outages (Google Sheets, email providers, etc.)
- Damages exceeding the amount you paid for the software
7. Intellectual Property
All software, designs, and documentation remain the intellectual property of Hamster Innovations. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify our software without written permission.
8. Termination
We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy any copies in your possession.

- Business Information: Industry type, number of users, specific requirements
- Communication Records: Messages exchanged during support and sales

Your business data is stored locally on your own devices. If you use cloud sync features (Google Sheets integration), your data is stored in your own Google account. We do not have access to your operational data.

- With service providers who assist our operations (under confidentiality agreements)
